Don't know what happened to this store, but it looked like it was half empty. Used to absolutely love the selection of clothes and home goods, but was disappointed when I recently visited it....nothing of interest in there!!!!
They were fully geared up for Christmas when we stopped in. There were a lot of shoppers that day, but we did find some items. As a wheelchair user, I did have difficulty maneuvering in the store as there were items in the aisles, and shoppers had pushed items around. They did have plenty of people working the checkout line, so that moved quickly. This isn't the case for every Marshalls I've been in.
Good inexpensive items can be found here at this establishment. Clean environment, helpful, friendly, and informative employees to assist you with any and all of your inquiries. Lots of parking available here. Wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair entrance available.
The Womens bathroom is disgusting. There is mold and stained tile. The company has enough money to build HomeGoods down the road but not enough to fix/ deep clean the bathrooms?
Disgusting 🤢 restrooms . I had to walk out of Marshall’s and go to Ross instead, which they did have clean restrooms. Management do better and hire a cleaning company. I’m sure Marshall’s could afford that !!!! …
Where do I even begin?!
First of all, the employees need a raise! As an ex employee speaking from experience, they do the work of 2-3 people and are not paid well at all. For a company as big and thriving as Marshall’s you would imagine that employees would be at least decently taken care of but no. Unless you’re a manager or favored by one that is 🙄When I worked there, there was no motivation really whatsoever and they barely train the employees. There was so much that I just felt lost about because no one ever took the time to show/teach most things. They give their employees a whopping 10% discount which is basically taxes off😑 occasionally they’ll do a 20% but come on you want to pay us low and also not discount us? They’re supposed to provide snacks for employees in the break room but they would rarely ever fill it. They kept the good snacks in the managers office go figure. The managers seem to play favoritism and would constantly talk about other people in a gossiping manner. One time I had someone come to me and ask me if I was okay because apparently one of the managers said that I had a disorder? Let’s stop the mental health stigma please, it’s called anxiety and it is more common than you think but I shared that in secrecy and did not expect a manager to go around whispering to others about it. A lot of times the store manager Tony would use his “I’m the store manager” card to have a bunch of coffee breaks and put things on hold on the clock while regular employees would get in trouble for such things. So if you come in and there’s no unicorn syrup, they’re all probably on hold for Tony. Also, nothing against minors but they have a lot of young people in charge and I’m not just speaking of age here but maturity also.
Secondly and on a better note, this is a nicer Marshall’s and employees work hard to push things out seeing as they get shipments on the daily Mondays - Saturdays.
Friendly staff and great service. For clothing/shoes and home goods. Definitely recommend.
The ladies bathroom is bizarre 🤢I literally almost puked in there as a walked in, I left immediately without thinking twice.
Do y’all clean the bathrooms once a year? …
